I loved the daily room cleaning. everything remained spotless throughout my stay. The lush gardens around the property set a truly serene vibe, perfect for relaxation. The pool area? Just beautiful, ideal for unwinding after a busy day. I could lounge by the pool without noise, soaking up that tropical ambiance. The staff created an inviting and accommodating environment, attending to my needs with a smile. I found the bathroom a bit dated and lacking modern touches. They could also update the towels and improve breakfast options for a more satisfying start to the day. Still, the peace I found at Bumi Ayu kept me coming back to recharge.
